J.M. Bilal is the CEO of ShareWealth (since February 2026) and the founder of the JBIS Group — a multi-sector business group with ventures spanning education, healthcare, and real estate. He is one of Kerala's most recognised entrepreneurship voices and has mentored 5,000+ people across India.
Bilal started with ₹5,000 borrowed from his mother at age 17. He lost it by 19. Rather than walking away, he spent the next few years studying exactly why — and by 22 had become a consistently successful entrepreneur. What he noticed along the way was the number of people around him failing for entirely preventable reasons. That observation drove him to mentorship.
His approach to working with founders is direct and specific: validate before you build, structure operations that don't depend entirely on you, and treat every decision as if it will compound for ten years — because the good and bad ones both do.
